Terms of Service

djbnb operates this site as an introduction marketplace for nightlife: partiers discover events, DJs present their work, and venues send booking requests to DJs. djbnb is not a party to any booking. Agreements, performance terms, and payment happen directly between the venue and the DJ, off the platform.

You need an account to create a DJ or venue profile, message, or send booking requests, and you must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. You own the photos, videos, bios, mixes, and everything else you upload, and by posting it you give djbnb a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in previews of the platform, such as link previews and social cards.

Copyright and repeat infringers: if you believe something on djbnb infringes your copyright, send a notice to the designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, Jack Brandt, DMCA Designated Agent, 9011 Linwood St #1101, Detroit, MI 48206, jack@dotcomjack.com, (313) 921-6669. Include the work, where it appears on djbnb, and how to reach you. Infringing material is removed promptly, and djbnb terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Text messages: djbnb runs a two way conversational text message program on its published business number, (313) 921-6669. It carries service messages about your own profile, claims and intros, and replies when you text us. There is no marketing and no promotional texting. You give consent one of two ways. On signup you can tick a box, unchecked until you tick it, whose label reads in full: I agree that djbnb may call or text me at this number about my profile, claims, and intros. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: djbnb.com/terms. Privacy: djbnb.com/privacy. Ticking it records that exact sentence alongside the number it applies to, the page it was granted on, and the time. Ticking that box is optional and is never a condition of anything: you can create an account, and use every part of djbnb, without ticking it. Venues are asked for a phone number to finish signup, because the intro pipeline calls it, but giving a number and agreeing to be messaged are two separate things, and a number given with the box left unchecked is never texted. Or you can simply text us: by texting (313) 921-6669 you agree to receive reply text messages from djbnb at that number, including an automated first reply confirming your message arrived, and a follow up from a person where a reply is needed. djbnb never buys, rents, imports or uploads phone numbers. Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity and how many messages you send. Message and data rates from your own carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, and STOP takes effect immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@djbnb.com. Mobile phone numbers are never sold and are never shared with anyone for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with anyone. The privacy policy is at https://djbnb.com/privacy.

Event information comes from public sources and from venues. Performer profiles may be created automatically from public event listings, and those are marked unclaimed until the performer claims them. If a profile represents you and you want it removed or corrected, email hello@djbnb.com and it will be handled promptly.

Acceptable use: no scraping at scale, no impersonation, no spam, no attempts to break or probe the platform, no unlawful content. Booking requests are for real events, and messaging is not for harassing anyone. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.

The platform is provided as is. Event details can change without notice, so confirm with the venue before you go. djbnb does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any DJ, venue, or event, and is not responsible for what happens at a gig or between the parties to a booking. To the maximum extent the law allows, djbnb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@djbnb.com. These terms are effective August 7, 2026, and material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Contact: hello@djbnb.com. 9011 Linwood St #1101, Detroit, MI 48206.
