BEFORE THERE WAS THE SHAKEDOWN… THERE WAS CIRCLE. Long before The Shakedown was even a thought, KEVIN GIMBLE, OKEEF, SEAN THOMAS & ROB PAINE were deep in the trenches, pioneering some of Philly’s most notorious raves and weekly club nights from 1993-1999. From the massive ‘IT’ events to their weekly Wednesday YOMAN parties, CIRCLE went above and beyond - bringing international talent into Philly and helping shape the city’s underground nightlife during one of its most formative era. Now, the band is back together. We’re bringing the CIRCLE crew back to Bastet on Saturday, October 10th for one special night - kicking off the week leading into the SHAKEDOWN 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY with LOUIE VEGA YOUR SELECTORS… UPSTAIRS - THE DANCEHALL Rob Paine Sean Thomas Okeef DOWNSTAIRS - THE LOUNGE Ty Salone The Bruce NO PRESALE. NO HYPE. JUST MUSIC. $10 before 11:30p $15 until 2a $20 after 2a BACK TO THE ROOTS. BACK TO THE UNDERGROUND
